Congratulations to Jim and Sharon Dowdy, our July 2019 Yard of the Month winner! Check out their beautiful yard at 1711 E. Spring Valley Rd. Jim and Sharon have lived in Berkner Park for 26 years and love it’s location. They credit their win mostly to their lawn team, but proudly accept the honor. Their landscapers just happened to show up as the sign was being delivered and Jim went out of his way to show them the award that THEY had won. Congrats!
