Congratulations to Antonio Mata of 1922 Baltimore, our August Yard of the Month winner.
Antonio moved to Berkner Park in 2022 after downsizing from Frisco, and he has already made a big impact on his home and its landscaping. He chose this neighborhood for its friendly neighbors and the great access to shops and culture. Taking on the challenge of rehabbing an older home, Antonio has worked hard to improve both the house and the yard. While he’s brought in some professionals, he remains very involved in every decision.
Antonio is a member of BPNA, and after learning more about the association, he’s excited to get more involved in meetings and initiatives. He’s especially enthusiastic about our beautification efforts. His passion and fresh ideas are a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and we look forward to seeing more of his vision come to life.
