Congratulations to Zuzel and Carlos Perez, December 2022 Holiday Yard of the Month winners!
The Perez’s are new to the Berkner Park community and are loving the friendly and quite neighborhood. They especially love the sense of community and the security of living in a safe neighborhood. They beautifully decorated their yard with a whimsical holiday décor that is a delightful experience for all to view.
There is Santa and Frosty and presents galore!
There’s reindeer and Christmas trees and so much more!
