Congratulations to Deidra Russell, our May 2021 Yard of the Month winner!
Deidra’s an original owner from 1974, and a BPNA founding member. Her flower beds are a gift and a lovely reminder of her now deceased husband who planted them. Most of them were bulbs from other members of their family!
Deidra loves seeing the new families moving into the neighborhood and keeping in touch with all of her neighbors, even if they’ve moved away. During the freeze back in February, she helped one that moved away by giving them a warm bed while their electricity was off.
